Msix packaging tool update
There hasn't been a new version for a long time. Frankly, I think you need to distribute a better structure with better psf integration. Please don't leave this topic idle.
From what I noticed, MS only fixes major issues within their tool. App-specific or corner-case scenarios are better covered by tools like our (Advanced Installer) or Tim's.
