MSIX Packaging Tool 1.2021.1105 Package Creation Error

It seems like this version also has issues with things that are "in use" while the package is getting created.  We used to see this a few years back, but something has crept back in to this build.

The app was one I package all the time, so it isn't the app.  It has also been reproduced on multiple systems built by different people.  There is a Feedback Hub issue posted by me with the log file attached.

In the log file I see signs of errors on both registry and user entries when working through the captured list.

For anyone reading this and having issues with 1105, I'd recommend going back to the 2021.709 build until there is a replacement.
