MPT 2019.402 Misses shortcuts in user's appdata start menu

Captured an installer that places the start menu lnk files under the user's %appdata%/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu folder.  The MSIX Packaging Tool 2019.402 fails to find these in the "first launch tasks" display.

    Was this working before the 2019.402 version?

      James Pike The app didn't work, but the capture at least had the shortcuts. Build 110 and before; don't think I tried it with the builds in-between.
