Issue - MSIX Tool April 2020 release (1.2020.402.0)

I've downloaded the April version from the blog post link. I've installed the tool on a Win X 1909 build VDI. Application is installed successfully, however upon launching the tool, I'm receiving below error.

Can any one help on this?
