Is there already a way to install unsigned MSIX Packages right now (Insider Build 17711)

In one of the Build videos you said that there will be a possibility configure our clients to install unsigned MSIX Packages. With the current Version of makeappx.exe we can already create unsigned MSIX Files. But when I try to install them on an Insider Build 17711 they cannot be installed. Is there already a way (Setting) to install them without being singed. This would reduce the current effort for testing MSIX.
