Can you please share some more details? Are you trying to package, or re-package the application?
We have recently added support for shortcuts in MSIX runtime. We soon plan to add a support of shortcuts to MSIX packaging tool as well. Also, we were not able to find the executable for this application anywhere. Can you share the URL for us to download the app?
