Error converting MSI package into MSIX format
MSI package conversion using MSIX Packaging Tool fails. The log file is attached.
What is the cause of this problem and how to fix it?

It looks like your error is similar to the error found in this post. Fortunately, we fixed this in our latest release and if you update to our April release of the MSIX Packaging Tool, you should no longer hit this error.
