Applications order in the manifest file

Dear Community,

I am using MSIX Packaging Tool from the command line by filling the XML template. When creating an application that has multiple executables, they don't come up in the order that I want (the default app that is used for launching after installation). I filled the "Applications" section in the template and put them in the correct order, but when I check the manifest file after the package is being created, the order is not the same, therefore when I double click the MSIX I get the wrong icon and if I select "launch after installation" it doesn't start the application that I want. Even if I manipulate the manifest file and switch the applications order, it still doesn't start with the desired one. While using the MSIX Packaging Tool GUI, you can select the default executable and is working fine.  What am I missing?
