A manifesto file becomes the different content
By the desktop application of the Windows form, it is msix packaging tool. I make msix, but t is right, and a manifesto file is never reflected.
The name becomes another contents after .msix in "***.exe.manifest".
What's wrong?
Please answer.

The msix package contains the manifest, which is an xml file. You can see the structure of the msix package here in the docs: What is MSIX? - MSIX | Microsoft Docs
