DNS Server cannot resolv

Hallo, I have problem with my DNS server, currently cannot resolv external doamin

Not yet.. I think the issue is in dns server may be broken or corrupt, but this is my production server. Thanks

    Is it because of the additional config for the bind secondary dns server? Because I'm setup secondary bind DNS server as slave dns server and its been running for 2 weeks well. But 2 days ago my windows server(primary DNS server) got an update and installed update then restarted the server, after restart and up the server, this problem occurs.. Cannot resolv external domain name

      What kind of setup? On what server? How is it configured? What are the actual symptoms? By what kinds of clients? For what kinds of queries? What changed? What have you  tried? Details! etc...

        this is a configuration on my active directory + DNS Server as main DNS Server on my office.

         

        I just added the configuration in this section, enable BIND DNS and allow transfer zone and notify as follow :
