I’m facing similar issues on my Windows 10 system with random crashes and freezes, especially while using multiple apps. Tried updating drivers and checking for updates, but the problem persists—any tips on fixing this would be great!

Try checking Event Viewer for error logs to identify the root cause and run Online Cleanup-Image RestoreHealth in Command Prompt to fix potential system file issues. If problems persist, consider performing a clean boot to rule out software conflicts.
