Jun 30, 2026Hi Phil, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear this isn't working for you. Here are a few things to check:
- Are you in Ultrawide mode? We only support one Ultrawide display and the "Add display" button is disabled when you're in that mode.
- Is your PC's display still on while you are connected? If so, it might indicate you're connected over Meta Quest Remote Desktop and not Mixed Reality Link. When using Mixed Reality Link, your physical display should go blank.
