Cannot find "Mixed Reality Link" app in the Microsoft Store! HELP!

Mixed Reality Link can be found in the Microsoft Store using the link https://aka.ms/mrlink It is not directly searchable yet since it is still in Preview, so you need to access it with that link.
Is there a subscription cost or a one off purchase cost?
This app does not cost money, it is either developed by Microsoft or Meta or something. It's supposed to be a software feature for VR headsets connecting directly with Windows computers.
