Spam being delivered to Junk folder

elieelkarkafi Thank you for your response. Please excuse my lack of knowledge, but where would I go to check which policy was used for this specific email. I just received another email into my Junk folder this morning and I don't know how they are sent there when I have the Spam policy set to delete spam messages. Thank you.
