Setting default filters for viewing quarantined emails

When reviewing quarantined emails at https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine there is a default filter set for "Time received: Last 30 days." How can we also set the "Release status: Needs review" filter as a default for all our users?

    the users will have to set it by themselves. 

    whatever filters the users use, those filters are cached. when the user visits the quarantine view the next time, those previous filters that were used by the user in last session are selected by default the next time.  thanks

      We found that wasn't the case. Previously selected filters, other than the "Last 30 Days" filter, were not being kept.

      Then we found the behavior was different depending on the browser. The selected filters are sticky in Chrome and Firefox but not Edge. To keep them set in Edge, one must set cookies to NOT clear for security.microsoft.com when the browser is closed.
