How can we filter the mails containing specific link in mail body ?

If you go to Security portal -> Reports -> Email and COllaboration -> URL protection report, you will be able to filter logs by specific URL and then export logs to an Excel file. From there you can extract a list of users who received the URL you need.

You should have Safe Links enabled for your users.
