"Error in updating the BIP rule" when setting up an exclusion for built-in protection

Hello, I want to setup an exclusion for the built-in protection.
After i fill in the form, I get two errors, see the scr shots below.

My user's roles are Global Administrator

User Administrator

Security Administrator

I am using Office 365 E5 license business premium free trial.

Please help. Thank you!
