Defender - Cloud App Catalog won't display apps past 200
This definitely looks like a bug / unintended behavior. I have the same issue where the Cloud app catalog consistently halts at apps 181-200 (page 10). I tried Edge & Firefox and encountered the same behavior, and also tried switching to page=11 in the URL but that didn't work either.
What I was able to do is lower the Risk score value, which reduces the number of apps in the range and sets the start page further down the list. Once I hit #200 for that list, I lowered the score further until I was able to get to the end.
This helps, but some of the categories have more than 200 apps that all have the same risk score. If it's 400 or less, you can sort A-Z for the first 200 then sort Z-A for the rest.
Beyond that, I was able to use the "compliance risk factor" selections to further narrow the results. You can also filter out apps you have already Unsanctioned.
Not at all an ideal solution, but it was sufficient enough for me to at least accomplish my task.
Thanks for response and agreed, can't think of any logical reason to limit the ability to update to 200 or less so presume it's a bug. After recovering from the frustration, I did the same thing - utilized the risk score as filters to get the total list displayed to a number under 200. From there the bulk action was very helpful to update the entire category in a few passes - but not as good as finishing the update in a single action.
