Under Help > Feedback > Submit to Microsoft "Your IT Admin will be able to collect this data" Where does this go? Thanks Mark

The data is sent directly to Microsoft
As the data is private data your administrator has the right to contact Microsoft to obtain a copy of the data on your behalf - see here
