Teams Account picker list empty on Welcome screen?

We have a shared computer (conference room), on which people sign in into Teams with "This App only". After the meeting, they sign out. Teams restarts and shows the Welcome screen with the text "Pick...

We got the same issue in our environment, but it only affects one user so far. I tried multiple steps to resolve the issue, but so far, I was not able to find any workaround. There is also another thread about the issue here:

Seems like, we have to wait for Microsoft to acknowledge and fix the issue.

    Thanks ToniS290​ for your contribution. 
    Yes, the other thread is also mine and I posted the update from Microsoft Support.
    There is nothing we users/admins can do. Only wait for MS to fix this.
