Please provide a setting to allow us to disable this feature. The way my team works, this feature is a huge hinderance. We use Raised hands to indicate we need to discuss something afterwards with a sub-group, however that means we have to catch this dialog when we speak, which we don't always. We would like to disable this feature so we don't have to jump on these dialogs constantly.
