I assume no. Since March you get a hint to convert the old Wikis to OneNote. Also, Microsoft updated the timeline until when the old Wikis are deprecated. Read the message center post MC496248 for details: https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/#/MessageCenter/:/messages/MC496248
TobiasAT hopefully someone from Microsoft support can clarify because as stated in my question, the announcement is clear that Wikis would still be accessible (even if deprecated). If they aren't going to be accessible in the latest versions of Teams, then this statement is entirely inaccurate.
