I am having this problem on the Windows desktop app. I can only get notifications for one organisation. It always shows a red triangle by the inactive one and when I hover over it, it says "There was a problem signing you in. Click here to sign in." It immediately signs in if I click on it but then I'm in the other account and only get notifications there. On my phone it works fine to get from both organisations.

I have this exact problem on the Mac desktop app as well.
As someone who is equally active in two different organizations on a daily basis, getting notifications from both orgs would be a game changer. I'm constantly late to respond to messages because of the needed org switching.

- joeucreative20Sep 03, 2024Copper ContributorAny idea if this behaviour has changed for you since this post? I still seem to be having issues with this, I miss notifications in my clients’ tenant because nothing pops up while I’m in my own tenant (Teams “new” app on MacOS, and Teams iOS app).
