Missing "Make a test call" function?

Just noticed that the "Make a test call" button seems to be missing in Preview (23088.1500.1978.6338).  "Old" version has this in Settings -> Devices.  

 

Haven't found any mention of this in official documentation or similar posts in forums.  Missing for everyone else too?

    I am having the same problem. I wanted to test the meeting settings, but Microsoft has removed the option to make a test call for the free retail version of Team, which is a disgrace as I only need Teams occasionally. I am going to ask my counterpart that my interview is going to happen on Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp to be able to test if all my settings are working.
