Lost navigation bar

I work it out by unsigning and signing again. And the application bar is back again.

Check to see if you have the expand/collapse button available in the upper left corner of Teams. You can also use Ctrl + \ on Windows or Cmd + \ on Mac to expand and collapse the app bar. This is a new update that's rolling out now. Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365
