Combined chat/channels for Edu?
Apparently this is coming in June for Edu tenants however despite having public preview switched on I still can't see it This change could be quite significant for some of our users and I really need to be able to get access to this to adequately prepare. Any ideas on how I can get this working please?
According to roadmap it's only got a general availability release phase but is "Optional Opt-In". Given it's opt in it should be low impact unless they choose to opt in to the new experience.
The new, streamlined chat and channels experience makes it easier to stay on top of what matters most and organize your digital workspace. Catch up on chat, channels and teams in one place, create custom sections to organize conversations by topics, use filters to triage messages and more. This is an optional opt-in experience.
