I can replicate this issue with myself and several clients.  This is a issue that is ongoing.  microsoft Please do something about this.

    Its seems my client has the same issue since client updated, they user hold and consult to dial out out to an IVR payment system and used to be able to pick a personal contact in the dial box but now it just shows tennet users/contacts

    Please fix
