Hi,
For the New Teams Application Teams 2.1 the cache location for the files have been changed. Below is the file location wherein you can find the cache.
Clear cache :
Method 1: Clear cache from windows
In the task bar search for settings , go to Apps section ->Installed apps ->Search "Microsoft Teams (work preview)" -> click three dots ->choose advanced options
Find "Reset" and reset the application.
Method 2:Clear cache from location
You can find the client cache related folders under:
%localappdata%\AppData\Local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe
On very few occasions, there has been a need to delete cache, so deleting all data under the following location has helped:
%userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams

Hi Satish,
during the remote session with MS Technician, booth method 1 and 2 was performed but not success to clear the cache, as the result, the new 'BETA version app' keeps showing accounts not used anymore....😒
Let's wait MS Dev Team fix it.
