Problem with Teams Assignments 10/1/20

Question

As of yesterday, 10/1, Teams Assignments at our school completely changed. We used to be able to see assignments class by class. Now every assignment for every class is all under one tab. Impossible to do grades.

Anyone know what's going on?

Leif Brenne&nbsp;That is great to hear thank you.&nbsp; I think if I were a student, I would prefer it this way because everything is in one place and I'm hoping this makes things easier for students.&nbsp;But I don't always assess the Assignment section because I'm grading.&nbsp; Sometimes I'm looking for an assignment and I mentioned, it's easier to click on Assignments and then filter from there than drilling into a specific Team.&nbsp; Sometimes I need to jump back and forth from an assignment in one class to another in a different class and the Assignments section made that easier to do.&nbsp; Now I have to look closely to find what I'm looking for.&nbsp;

MrLively&nbsp; &nbsp;I don't know what happened but we got the same thing.&nbsp; Not sure the logic behind that except for maybe students sake.&nbsp; Would be nice if they left the filter option.&nbsp; Don't really have to for the extra clicks it takes to get to assignments by class.

MDPtusd&nbsp; We are also baffled by this new update in TEAMS at our school.&nbsp; It has no use and is very confusing especially for teachers that have many different groups and coordinators that are trying to check a specific group and have to scroll down a thousand assignments from 15 different groups.&nbsp; Is there a way we can undo this change or go back to the old version?

MrLively&nbsp;Thanks for reaching out. We updated the Assignment feature for students to see all classes in one view, vs selecting individual classes.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
If you want to filter the view per class, you will need to go to the Team ( Class) and click on the Assignment Tab. That will list all assignments for that class.

Leif Brenne&nbsp;It doesn't help.&nbsp; It takes time to navigate in and out of assignments by period.&nbsp; Is there anyway you can at least put the filter option back so that we have the choice.&nbsp; Not sure if you consulted any teachers before making this change but it is NOT useful for teachers that have multiple classes which I would argue make up more of the population using them.&nbsp; Sorry to make a big deal about three clicks to get to where I need to be but now there is no use for the Assignments section for me.&nbsp; Very disappointed.
