Videos have unique permissions after migrating from Classic

I have been migrating videos from Stream Classic into Stream SharePoint and keep noticing that the folder called Stream Migrated Videos always has unique permissions and doesnt let everyone have access to the videos. I have to manually set it to inherit permissions from parent.

Anyone know if I am setting something wrong on if this is an existing issue?
