We are getting that occasionally as well. Extremely frustrating since I can't see any issues on their status pages, but it's clearly not working as intended. We've even tested with very small 1 minute videos with two or three sentences and they will not generate transcripts either.
It started working for a moment today, then stopped again. This is highly frustrating since it is on a deadline request.
