Video transcription failing
Hello all,
Is anyone else having problems with Microsoft Stream not transcribing videos? It will either error out with "We're having trouble generating a transcript and captions right now. Try again in a bit.", or will simply stay stuck on generating.
Some of these have been stuck for two days now. Seems to have happened when the outage hit Microsoft.
Are transcription services just way behind due to the outage? Is something else wrong? We've been using this service for months and it's always worked fine until now.

KevinCrossman any estimate for when this issue will be resolved? I am having the same problems.
- We are getting that occasionally as well. Extremely frustrating since I can't see any issues on their status pages, but it's clearly not working as intended. We've even tested with very small 1 minute videos with two or three sentences and they will not generate transcripts either.
- It started working for a moment today, then stopped again. This is highly frustrating since it is on a deadline request.
- I have been having this issue for the past couple of days. The error message I'm getting is: "We're unable to generate a transcript or captions for this file. Check the file and replace it if needed." This is the first time I've ever had errors with auto-transcription.
