Unable to generate captions and transcript
I've now uploaded 4 videos on the new Stream Sharepoint, and when I try to generate the captions, I get the same message "We're having trouble generating a transcript and captions right now. Try agai...
JemmieOur team has intermittently had this issue with the same error "cannot generate transcripts at this time, try again later". Is there a work around? Thanks.
Labbruzzese I was just informed that "we are not able to generate transcripts for videos bigger than 4Gb. As a work around you can split the video into smaller parts or save it with a lower quality resolution using clipchamp." Good to know!
