Unable to generate captions and transcript
I've now uploaded 4 videos on the new Stream Sharepoint, and when I try to generate the captions, I get the same message "We're having trouble generating a transcript and captions right now. Try again in a bit". I have tried 3 days apart and have restarted my computer. What's wrong?

JemmieOur team has intermittently had this issue with the same error "cannot generate transcripts at this time, try again later". Is there a work around? Thanks.
Labbruzzese I was just informed that "we are not able to generate transcripts for videos bigger than 4Gb. As a work around you can split the video into smaller parts or save it with a lower quality resolution using clipchamp." Good to know!
