Turn off access to Stream on SharePoint
Hello!
Does anyone know if there is a way to restrict access to Stream on SharePoint at all? Without altering access to SharePoint in general? I cannot find any information on this at all. and the setting Microsoft Stream for Office 365 E3 appears to be for Stream Classic.
Thanks!

I don't think this is possible as Stream is now like an app. In the same way that text files open with Word, video files now open with Stream. Perhaps it is best that you indicate why you want to restrict access and we can help you with the solution.

Microsoft
RMDUser1 you should be able to set access for each video in SharePoint under "Manage Access" (click on ellipses next to video). You can remove people or groups there that have access, and it will only affect that video. If you have more than one video, you might want to consider a special document library for those videos and then use the Manage Access option on the folder.

For compliance rasons. Assume you have a tenant with multiple customers and you have to take care that every new feature has to be deactivated (if possible) in the first place.
Only asfter approoval of the new feature you can activate it.
Most new Services, Apps (for instance, clipchamp) can be activated / deactivated whitin the license itself.
