Stream video loading very slow
Hi,
We started using Stream and recently realized that most of the videos we uploaded is loading very slow.
It is almost impossible to watch the video content at once, before loading/buffering.
It works like we are in 2000:).
Any ideas? Anyone facing same issue?

- It has become un unbearble programm overnight. Classic Stream functioned very well, I loved it, New Stream is indeed back to the '90s
No bitrate problems what so ever on any other programm, it is just STREAM!We're seeing the same thing here - it had been fine and now the service is really intermittent in terms of reliability. All our videos are recorded using Snagit and have played fine up until recently.
Have MS changed something on the back end?
I am having similar problems.
Does anyone have any solutions? Or suggestions on what to check?
- We are having the same issues. We have no problems streaming anything else, and our bandwidth is not an issue. We are only experiencing issues with things stored on Microsoft Stream.

We don’t have this problem in general. We monitor playback and buffering diligently and fix issues we see.
Do your videos happen to have very high bitrates? That class of content has most problems with buffering.
Feel free to work with your admin or IT team to open a support case to Microsoft. We can look at your specific videos and see why you are seeing this.
