Sharing a Video using Anonymous links no longer allows users to download video

- The fix for this has been deployed, you should see the download button again in view mode for viewers who have access to download the video. Thanks for your patience.

Anonymous links that are set to Can view (implying can also download) are not showing the Download button in Stream. Can you check if this is something that is planned in regard to Stream redesign or it is unintended bug?
