Interaction
Budoor6I encountered the same issue recently. Last week, interactivity was functioning correctly, but now it has stopped working. I attempted the suggested workaround of naming a video with interactivity the same way, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem for me. Interestingly, older videos with interactivity are still functioning as expected. If anyone has a solution, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Hi hectorrodriguez875. Just confirming the steps I took, as my instructions weren't exactly clear.
- In Sharepoint (not Stream) find a video file that has interactions currently working. i.e. 'Interactions.mp4'
- Click the ellipsis and select 'Copy to'—using 'Copy here' if you want the video to live in the same folder.
- If copying to the same folder, select 'Keep both', which will create a copy of the original video with '1' added to the filename. i.e. 'Interactions1.mp4'
- Rename the newly copied video 'Interactions1.mp4' to be the name of a locally stored video file that you want to add interactivity to. i.e. 'NeedsInteractions.mp4'
- Upload your locally stored 'NeedsInteractions.mp4' over the top of the recently renamed 'NeedsInteractions.mp4' and select 'Replace' instead of 'Keep both'.
- This will overwrite the copied and renamed video file with your local video file, but should keep the old interactivity that the original 'Interactions.mp4' video had.

Thank you for the step-by-step instructions. I was planning to try it, and after reading the post by StephenBlack, it seems that Microsoft has fixed the interactivity issue. I checked my latest video, and it is now working. I appreciate you taking the time to guide me in the right direction.
