When you go to the interaction section, nothing appears as it seems to be loading, I changed the browser and refreshed the page, but the problem still persists

StephenBlack thank you, I just tried and interactivity is working again!

Budoor6I encountered the same issue recently. Last week, interactivity was functioning correctly, but now it has stopped working. I attempted the suggested workaround of naming a video with interactivity the same way, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem for me. Interestingly, older videos with interactivity are still functioning as expected. If anyone has a solution, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Hi hectorrodriguez875. Just confirming the steps I took, as my instructions weren't exactly clear.
- In Sharepoint (not Stream) find a video file that has interactions currently working. i.e. 'Interactions.mp4'
- Click the ellipsis and select 'Copy to'βusing 'Copy here' if you want the video to live in the same folder.
- If copying to the same folder, select 'Keep both', which will create a copy of the original video with '1' added to the filename. i.e. 'Interactions1.mp4'
- Rename the newly copied video 'Interactions1.mp4' to be the name of a locally stored video file that you want to add interactivity to. i.e. 'NeedsInteractions.mp4'
- Upload your locally stored 'NeedsInteractions.mp4' over the top of the recently renamed 'NeedsInteractions.mp4' and select 'Replace' instead of 'Keep both'.
- This will overwrite the copied and renamed video file with your local video file, but should keep the old interactivity that the original 'Interactions.mp4' video had.

Thank you for the step-by-step instructions. I was planning to try it, and after reading the post by StephenBlack, it seems that Microsoft has fixed the interactivity issue. I checked my latest video, and it is now working. I appreciate you taking the time to guide me in the right direction.

I also opened a ticket (#β2406300040001452β) after trying mutiple browsers and computers to no avail.
I will attempt the work around.
- vesscogBrass ContributorJennifer, did anybody respond to your ticket from Microsoft as I was approached to provide a screenshot and collect recorder data from the developer tool, but they did not contact back yet for resolution?
- vesscogBrass ContributorI did open a Microsoft ticket and I am waiting for resolution on this. they contacted me and collect the data as I have experienced the same issue for a tenant with more than 5000 people.
- justinharveyCopper ContributorFor anyone who's interested, I figured out a workaround.
If you copy an existing video that already has interactivity, and then upload a replacement video with the same filename, it appears to keep the original interactivity functionality and allows for adding and editing.
So we can force enabling of interactivity that way. Less than ideal, but should keep us going until a proper fix goes in.- Budoor6Copper Contributor
justinharvey And if I don't have any old video that has interaction?
- justinharveyCopper Contributor
Budoor6 Sorry. I guess you're out of luck. π
- StephenBlackIron ContributorSame.
Checked the Dev tools and no errors being raised there.
Our user reported trying different browsers (edge and chrome). - justinharveyCopper Contributor
Budoor6 same here. Was working fine last week. Videos where interactivitty was added previously still allow for adding and editing callouts, but any newly created videos get stuck on the loading animation when trying to add Interactivity.
