How to react (like) on video in Stream (on Sharepoint)?
I'm looking for this basic functionality in Stream (on Sharepoint) - on classic version I can do it like this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/portal-like-video I'm not seeing this on Share...

Because they didn't built this into Stream (on SharePoint) - likely because there's no default concept of a Like feature for files in SharePoint and OneDrive (and remember, Stream (on SharePoint) is simply video files that play back in a branded browser window - not a separate video service).
