How to react (like) on video in Stream (on Sharepoint)?

I'm looking for this basic functionality in Stream (on Sharepoint) - on classic version I can do it like this

I'm not seeing this on Sharepoint - I can like comments but not the video?

A like button at the video level is not present in Stream (on SharePoint). This is as expected.

Because they didn't built this into Stream (on SharePoint) - likely because there's no default concept of a Like feature for files in SharePoint and OneDrive (and remember, Stream (on SharePoint) is simply video files that play back in a branded browser window - not a separate video service).
