Files Missing After Migration

Were the videos published in Stream classic? What you are seeing is typical in SharePoint when someone adds a draft version of a file and only the owner has access to and is able to see the file until it is published the first time. Definitely not expected in this scenario, but since the migration tool is supposed to be bringing over permissions from Stream Classic it is possible there are unpublished videos that have come over and therefore even an admin cannot see them - even though they are there. I would try getting the owner from Stream Classic to look at them and see if they see them or not.
- Yes, they were in Stream classic. The library has no checked out files, and I can even see the videos still in Stream Classic.
