Files Missing After Migration
When I was setting a destination for a container I noticed for some reason it was not resolving all SharePoint sites. I decided to use the CSV importer to set the destination.
When I ran the migration, it said it succeeded, and the logs showed the individual files being moved into a document library. Even the site contents page shows there are items in the library. Even further, the activity feed for the library shows videos being added. However, when viewing the library it shows no folders or files. It's a brand new library, nothing weird in the view settings, nothing checked out.
Any ideas?

- karen_dredskeSteel ContributorWere the videos published in Stream classic? What you are seeing is typical in SharePoint when someone adds a draft version of a file and only the owner has access to and is able to see the file until it is published the first time. Definitely not expected in this scenario, but since the migration tool is supposed to be bringing over permissions from Stream Classic it is possible there are unpublished videos that have come over and therefore even an admin cannot see them - even though they are there. I would try getting the owner from Stream Classic to look at them and see if they see them or not.
- ChrisPoteetCopper ContributorYes, they were in Stream classic. The library has no checked out files, and I can even see the videos still in Stream Classic.
