Expiry of migrated videos
I have videos to migrate from Classic to Sharepoint. My understanding is that they will be moved to OneDrive. Videos on Classic did not expire, but I get regular messages that videos I have in OneDrive have been auto deleted.
If I migrate my videos from Classic to Sharepoint, can I set them to be never deleted?
thanks
Nick
Nick_Gassman - The expiration only applies to Teams Meeting Recordings. Your IT admins have decided to keep the default or set their own time for expiration of Teams Meeting Recordings. This is something your Teams IT admins can control with Teams meeting policies.
Migrated videos from Stream (Classic) do not get the expiration set on them.
As you found as a user you can click on the expiration date in the Stream Web app player and clear it so that a Teams Meeting recording will not be automatically deleted.

- Nick_GassmanCopper ContributorTo answer my own question if others are interested, I've found that if I view the video in OneDrive online I can set it to never expire. I hadn't seen that option before.
