Disabling the ability for users to record within Stream on SharePoint

Hello,

We are starting to prepare for full user adoption from Microsoft Steam Classic to Stream on SharePoint. While we disable the ability for recording within Teams, we would also like to disable the recording ability for all users from within the Microsoft Stream on SharePoint browser app. Can this be done?
