Closed Captions not displaying in Stream on SharePoint

Hi,

 

Closed captions are no longer displaying on any of the videos I've created. They were previously.

 

Closed captions have been selected.

 

 

Does anyone know why?

    Hi,

     

    I can now get the closed captions to appear but to do so, I have to go to Settings, change the Transcript and Captions setting to Off, switch it back to On, then click on the CC button and select English (Australia).

     

    However, if I close or refresh the browser I have to repeat the steps above.

     

    Can anyone from Microsoft shed some light on what's going on, please?

      Michael620  Have you received any more information?  We are just moving from YouTube to Stream (SP not classic) and I would like to work out the kinks before it is deployed.
