Closed captions not displaying in Stream on SharePoint viewer
Closed captions have stopped displaying over our videos uploaded to our SharePoint site using the Stream on SharePoint viewer. The edited captions file is still available in the Transcript and 'CC' icon appears to toggle between on and off but captions not displaying over the video. This was working yesterday but is no longer working today. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't heard of that issue coming up yet.
Is it the same problem on several videos?
Did you edit them in the transcript pane or in the VTT file offline and re upload?
Is it possible the VTT you uploaded has an error in it?Marc Mroz We have edited the .vtt files and replaced the auto generated ones. This is across multiple videos that have been working in the past with no additional changes made to the .vtt file. The same .vtt file uploaded as a caption to the same .MP4 in a Teams SharePoint library displays closed captions correctly.
- The issue seems resolved. The closed captions are appearing correctly today.
