Captions in new Stream (SharePoint)

In Classic Stream you could edit sub titles in line with how they actually appear on the video so if the automatically generated captions were cut off in a way that didn't make sense you could adjust them. I can't see a way to do that on new Stream. You can edit the transcript but you can't change how the sub titles are displayed on the video. Am I missing something?
