As far as I know you can't access the duration, dimensions or other video info from json formatting. I don't think that info is stored in columns in SharePoint I believe they are stored in a different way under the covers.

Thanks, Marc. Since video files are now a big part of SharePoint, I'll open a request for this feature. I expect other users will want this too.
