Sentinel outage

Hi All ,

As we had a Sentinel outage last month (https://status.azure.com/en-us/status/history/ , I have been tasked to create a process to troubleshoot or validate the impact in  MS Sentinel. I am wondering if you think of any steps to follow during such outages to validate and assess the impact
